What do I have to do to get fingerprinted via livescan?

Your employer/licensing agency should have already given you a REQUEST FOR LIVESCAN form (BCII-8016).  Please note that this form MUST be COMPLETELY filled out by your employer/licensing agency BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT THE SITE.

Please note that our fingerprint technicians DO NOT have the authority to fill out these forms, nor are they allowed to offer advice on how to fill out the form.  Any questions should be referred to your employer/licensing agency.

You do not need to have an appointment, but we suggest that you call us to make one (619-631-7535).  Please note that appointments DO get "head of the line" privileges!

When you arrive at our office, please have your filled-out form ready for the technician, along with TWO pieces of identification (at least one MUST be a VALID, Government -issued, PHOTO I.D.), and be prepared to pay the fees for your fingerprinting.
